This will give you an idea of what over 40 activities can look like during the 3-day weekend. Please note that the actual schedule will be up 2-3 weeks before camp starts, giving everyone equal opportunity to sign up for their chosen classes.

New to yoga or looking to refresh the basics? This foundational class breaks down essential postures, breathing techniques, and alignment cues in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to slow down and reconnect with their practice from the ground up.
Muay Thai
Tap into your inner warrior with this high-energy Muay Thai session. Learn foundational strikes, footwork, and combos in a supportive and empowering space — a fun way to build strength, confidence, and focus
Barre Class
A fun, full-body burn inspired by ballet and strength training. This upbeat class uses small, controlled movements, light resistance, and high reps to tone muscles, build endurance, and boost your mood. No dance experience needed — just come ready to pulse, sweat, and smile!
